Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide with tracked delivery, and all parcels are sent with customs duties and taxes prepaid. This means there should be no unexpected import charges when your order reaches you.

Orders are packed and dispatched through our trusted third-party logistics (3PL) fulfilment centre. This allows us to ship Moon+Star orders internationally and work with local delivery partners in each destination.

All delivery times below are estimates and are shown in working days, Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Dispatch & fulfilment

Orders are fulfilled through our trusted third-party logistics (3PL) fulfilment centre.

Each order is picked, quality checked and packed before dispatch. Once your parcel enters the delivery network, you will receive tracking information as soon as it becomes available.

Local delivery partners

Once your parcel reaches your destination country, it may be passed to a local courier for final delivery.

Depending on your location, this may include:

• UK: Royal Mail, Evri or another local courier
• USA: USPS, UniUni or another local delivery partner
• Other countries: local postal services or courier partners

The courier used can vary depending on your location and the shipping route selected for your order.

Tracking

All Moon+Star orders are sent with tracked delivery.

Tracking can sometimes take a little while to update after your order has been dispatched, particularly while parcels are moving between international and local courier networks.

It is normal for tracking to remain unchanged for a few days during international transit.

Duties & taxes

All Moon+Star orders are shipped with customs duties and taxes prepaid.

This means any applicable import duties and customs charges are covered as part of your delivery, so you should not be asked to pay any additional customs or import fees when your parcel arrives.

In the unlikely event that a courier or local customs authority requests payment, please do not pay it straight away. Contact us at shop@moonandstar.co.uk with your order number and a copy of the charge, and we will look into it for you.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, rather than the date the order is placed.

All delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by:

• customs processing
• local postal delays
• public holidays
• peak shopping periods
• severe weather
• circumstances outside of our or our courier partners’ control
