Delivery timeframes

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:

• UK orders: 7-14 business days
• International orders: 10-16 business days

These timeframes are estimates and can vary slightly during peak periods, public holidays, or due to customs processing.

Where we ship from

To ensure fast, reliable delivery, orders are dispatched via our trusted fulfilment network. Every parcel is quality checked and packed in our branded packaging before leaving our fulfilment centre.

Our fulfilment centre is located overseas, which is reflected in the delivery timeframes above.

Local courier delivery

Once your parcel reaches your country, it is passed to a local delivery partner for final delivery. Depending on your location, this may include:

• UK: Evri, Royal Mail (or similar)
• USA: USPS , UniUni (or similar)
• Other countries: local postal services or courier partners

You will receive tracking details as soon as they are available.

Tracking updates

Tracking can take a little time to update after dispatch, particularly while your parcel is moving between courier networks. If your tracking appears unchanged for a few days, this can be normal.

Duties and taxes

All parcels are shipped duty paid. This means duties are covered as part of your delivery, and you should not be charged import duties on arrival.

Please note: in rare cases, a courier or local authority may still request additional information or apply an unexpected fee. If this happens, contact us straight away and we will help resolve it.
