Natural Variations

Due to the nature of some of the materials, stones, beads, enamel finishes and components used in our jewellery, slight variations in colour, cut, size, shape, pattern and finish may occur from piece to piece.

Product images are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible, but minor differences may occur.

Safety Warning - Small Parts

Caution: small parts may present a choking hazard.

Some jewellery items may contain small components, clasps, beads, charms or other parts that could become a choking hazard if broken, detached, swallowed or handled unsafely.

Our jewellery is not a toy and is not intended for use by infants, toddlers or young children.

Keep Out of Reach of Children

If you notice any damage or defect, please stop wearing the item immediately and contact us.

Avoid Sleeping, Napping or Exercising While Wearing Jewellery

To reduce the risk of discomfort, entanglement, breakage, choking or injury, we recommend removing all jewellery before sleeping, napping, exercising, swimming, bathing, showering, or taking part in physical activity.

Allergy and Sensitivity Information

Although allergic reactions are uncommon, some people may be sensitive or allergic to metals, plating, finishes, coatings, stones, beads, adhesives, dyes, or other jewellery components.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product description and consider any known allergies or sensitivities before purchasing or wearing an item.

If irritation, discomfort, redness, itching, swelling or any other reaction occurs, please stop wearing the item immediately. If symptoms continue, seek medical advice.

Where product materials have been accurately described and the item is not faulty, unsafe or misdescribed, Moon+Star Jewellery cannot accept responsibility for reactions caused by individual allergies or sensitivities that we could not reasonably have known about.

This does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Care and Wear

Jewellery should be handled with care. Please avoid pulling, bending, dropping, crushing or exposing jewellery to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, chlorine, salt water, excessive moisture, or prolonged direct sunlight unless the product description states that the item is suitable for this type of wear.

Wear over time may occur depending on how the jewellery is used, stored and cared for.

Third-Party Fulfilment and Delivery Services

We may use trusted third-party applications, fulfilment partners, warehouse services and delivery providers to process, fulfil and ship orders.

While we carefully select our service providers, occasional delays, scanning issues, customs delays or courier disruptions may occur outside our direct control.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will assist you in line with our policies and your statutory rights.

Moon+Star Jewellery remains your point of contact for order issues. Nothing in this section excludes or limits your legal rights in relation to goods that are lost, damaged, faulty, not as described, or not delivered where we are legally responsible.

Customs, Import Duties and Incorrect Address Information

For international orders, customs checks, import duties, taxes, local handling fees or delivery delays may apply depending on the destination country.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may delay or prevent delivery.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error after ordering. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Nothing in this disclaimer affects your statutory rights. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for defective products, breach of statutory rights, fraud, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Please take care when wearing and storing your jewellery. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow our care guidance. This does not affect your statutory rights.
