Jewellery Disclaimer:
Due to the nature of many of the gemstones used in each piece, variations in colour, cut, size and shape may/will differ from piece to piece. Those variations are the reason that make each piece unique.
Caution! Small parts - Risk of Choking!
Our collection of jewellery might contain tiny components that could pose a choking hazard, particularly to young children. We strongly advise taking the following precautions:
Keep Out of Reach from Children
Our jewellery is intended solely for adult use. It is crucial to keep all pieces out of reach from infants, toddlers, and small children.
Supervision
Under no circumstances should children be allowed to play with or handle our jewellery without proper adult supervision.
Regular Inspection
Before each usage, it is essential to meticulously examine every piece in your collection for any loose parts, damages, or indications of wear and tear. If any defects are detected during inspection, refrain from using the item.
Avoid Sleeping or Napping While Wearing Jewellery
To minimise the risk of entanglement or choking incidents while sleeping or napping, we recommend removing all jewellery beforehand.
Educate Older Children
In cases where older children choose to adorn themselves with our jewellery items, it becomes imperative to educate them about potential hazards related to choking and emphasise responsible handling practices.
ALLERGY DISCLAIMER
Although extremely rare, some people are allergic to the metals and finishes commonly used in making jewellery. It is your responsibility to be aware of any allergies you may have to metals (gold, silver, etc.) or the oxidation applied to metals prior to making a purchase. Because there is no way for us to know the medical history of our customers, Moon & Star Jewellery will not be held liable for any allergic reactions that may occur as a result of wearing our jewellery.

While we carefully select these third-party providers, Moon and Star Jewellery does not have control over their operations and cannot be held liable for any errors, delays, or issues that may arise during the fulfillment or delivery process.
By completing your purchase, you agree to release Moon and Star Jewellery, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages related to the use of these third-party services. You also waive any right to pursue legal action against Moon and Star Jewellery in connection with any issues or disputes arising from third-party involvement in order fulfillment or shipment.

Legal Disclaimer
By proceeding with the purchase of any products from Moon and Star Jewellery, herein referred to as "the Company," the purchaser, herein referred to as "the Buyer," expressly acknowledges and agrees to the following: Certain items offered for sale by the Company may contain chemical substances, including but not limited to lead and cadmium, which are recognised by the State of California under Proposition 65 as being carcinogenic and/or teratogenic, with potential to cause reproductive harm. Notwithstanding the Company's efforts to procure goods of the highest safety and quality standards from its suppliers, primarily located in China, the Company disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, regarding the absolute absence of these substances in its products.
The Buyer further acknowledges that the Company has made reasonable efforts to inform and disclose the potential presence of these chemicals, and it is the responsibility of the Buyer to conduct due diligence regarding any specific concerns related to product safety prior to purchase. The Company encourages the Buyer to engage in direct communication with the Company for any clarifications or additional information before completing the transaction.
By finalising the purchase, the Buyer irrevocably agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, including but not limited to its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions that may ensue as a consequence of the presence of such chemical substances in the purchased items. This release includes any claims related to potential or actual health risks purportedly arising from the use or possession of the Company's products.
In the event of any concerns or uncertainties regarding the materials contained in the products, the Buyer is strongly advised to consult with the Company prior to making any purchase decisions.
This disclaimer shall constitute the entirety of the agreement concerning liability and risk assumption between the Buyer and the Company, superseding any and all prior representations or agreements, whether oral or written.
